Each individual may register only one (1) Account on 130pub. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 130pub reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any balances held in such Accounts, and permanently ban any player found to have violated this rule.

130pub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Payment methods available to your Account may vary depending on your verified identity and account status.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from a payment method belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposit funds are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation of successful payment, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment method.

130pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Promotional offers are personal to the eligible player and may not be transferred. 130pub is not obligated to offer any bonus or promotion to any particular player.
Each Game available on the Platform operates according to rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages of any Game before wagering. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for dispute of a game outcome.
In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a Game, 130pub reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant wager amount to the Player's Account Balance. 130pub shall not be liable for any winnings claimed in connection with a malfunctioning Game.
Game outcomes displayed on the Platform are final once the result has been determined and displayed. No claim for alteration of a game outcome will be entertained except in cases of verifiable technical malfunction as described above.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 130pub Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, video streams, and design elements, is the exclusive property of 130pub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The "130pub" name and logo are registered trademarks.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of 130pub.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. 130pub does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 130pub's aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall 130pub be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk, that you may lose all funds deposited into your Account, and that 130pub bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform. You wager at your own risk and are solely responsible for all wagering decisions made through your Account.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the 130pub support team. Upon closure, any verified Account Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and verification of your identity.
130pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; creation of multiple Accounts; use of prohibited software; failure to complete KYC verification; regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or other competent authority; or any other conduct that 130pub reasonably determines to be prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.
Upon termination for breach, 130pub may forfeit your Account Balance in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Forfeiture of Balance is without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to 130pub. Termination of your Account does not terminate any obligations owed by you under these Terms that by their nature survive termination.
In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, bonus, or other matter arising from your use of 130pub, you should first contact the 130pub support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. 130pub will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days. Please retain all relevant screenshots, transaction IDs, and game round numbers when submitting your complaint.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through 130pub's internal procedure, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. PAGCOR provides an independent pathway for player disputes against PAGCOR-licensed operators.
You agree to resolve any dispute with 130pub on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective proceeding, or representative action arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.
130pub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the Platform. Where an amendment is material, 130pub will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following notice of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 13, the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
